Elton Recruitment is an independent boutique staffing consultancy with a goal of becoming its client’s lifetime talent recruitment partner.

Founded by Richard Owen in 2017, Elton Recruitment prides itself on working with its clients to identify what they want to achieve, what their criteria for success is and what timescales they are working to. Elton Recruitment will then work out a bespoke strategy to suit.

Director, Richard, tells us a little more about the firm.

“We are not just another recruitment firm; as an independent company we take a consultative approach to finding talent,” Richard embellishes. “Once we understand the company culture and have a detailed picture of the vacancy to be filled, we use our knowledge and expertise to find the right candidates for the business. We provide a variety of services ranging from assessment days to psychometric evaluations.”

Richard has many years of experience in the service industry. After holding a number of senior roles in the hospitality industry in the USA, he moved back to the UK. After many years of working for a number of global recruitment companies, Richard demonstrated that he had the ability to identify and place exceptional talent and decided to establish Elton Recruitment. The company continues to go from strength to strength, successfully placing candidates in the below sectors as well as other specialist roles as required by clients.

Servicing the three key markets of facilities services, hospitality and office support, the emphasis is very much on the client at Elton Recruitment and finding the right fit for a candidate is of paramount importance.
