Richard has many years of experience in the service industry. After holding a number of senior roles in the hospitality industry in the USA he moved back to the UK. Here he gained significant recruitment experience in the Facilities, Office Support and Hospitality sectors.  

After many years of working for a number of global recruitment companies, he demonstrated that he had the ability to identify and place exceptional talent and decided to establish Elton Recruitment. The company continues to go from strength to strength, successfully placing candidates in the above sectors as well as other specialist roles as required by clients.
