Rob Pennel

Elton Recruitment welcomes Rob who joined the team in February 2020 following previous experience within the recruitment industry. He has also worked in the sports sector as a golf coach and sales manager for a sports equipment supplier. With a strong passion for helping people, Rob takes a consultative approach to the recruitment process taking the time to understand each client’s specific requirements and offering a bespoke solution. Rob added ‘This is a very exciting time to become a part of Elton Recruitment. I am looking forward to having the pleasure of working with existing clients as well as offering our services to new clients who may need support from an external agency to find that ‘superstar’ candidate.’ Away the office you can usually find Rob on the golf course (weather permitting), as well as watching sport and walking/training his new puppy.
