Richard founded Elton Recruitment seven years ago, bringing more than 15 years of Hospitality / Facilities experience. Richard was personally chosen by Theo Paphitis to join his small Business Club. In his spare time, he enjoyed travelling cycling and training for his next Hyrox event.
